As a patent agent Ph.D based firm Cage IP can provide lower cost than traditional firms. The owner Brant Cage Ph.D combines the expertise of Ph.D level science knowledge and research with experience at the National HIgh Magnetic Field Laboratory, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, General Electric Healthcare, and the Illinois Institute of Technology. To complement the pure fundamental research experience Dr. Cage has a Master of Science and Law degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law with an emphasis on intellectual property. Cage IP specializes in the intersection of science, law, and business, and regularly provides invention counseling, scientific theory and modeling, as well as research strategy analysis of the clients line of inquiry to maximize patent protection.
